Rachael has over 15 years’ experience of providing operational and strategic management and a genuine passion for working in the care sector. With a proven track record in providing effective leadership, galvanising teams, developing and leading services whilst harnessing innovation. Rachael has a background in working across areas of expertise including criminal justice, substance misuse, mental health and learning disabilities and autism. This has spanned adult and young people’s services, step down settings, supported housing settings, supported living and transforming care. Rachael is experienced in working with executive teams and strategic partners nationally and has a keen interest in involvement, wellbeing and employee engagement.
