Working in health and social care for nearly thirty years, in director level positions in organisations such as Lighthouse Healthcare, Elysium Healthcare, and Turning Point, Janine has significant experience in successfully building relationships with purchasers to achieve company growth and deliver high-quality service provision. Janine is a qualified social worker with master’s level qualifications in management.
Janine has worked with people with learning disabilities and mental health issues in many settings and joins Gray Healthcare as she believes people deserve to be supported in their own homes, to live meaningful lives in the community, and aims to help the company support more and more people to do so.
