Role Description
Gray Healthcare are recruiting a Female Support Worker, within the Lichfield area of Staffordshire to support a young lady who has a diagnosis of Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder, Autism, and Learning Disabilities.
The person we support lives independently in their own home, receiving 1-2-1 support 24 hours a day.
They are supported by a female team on shifts of days and waking nights.
The person we support loves fashion, enjoys listening to music, cooking and accessing the community.
Bank Female Support Worker Required Skills and Experience
Working Hours
0 hour contract consisting of 12 hour shifts 8am to 8pm, 8pm to 8am. Days and Waking nights
Induction and Training
We provide an initial week of training which is a combination of online training. (Company induction, systems, and Medication.) Followed by in-person training on PROACT-SCIPr-UK which is a PBS approach to least restrictive practice, this is a therapeutic and proven alternative to restraint dominant approaches. You will then complete the person-centred training, specific to the person that you are supporting. Training continues throughout your time with Gray Healthcare, and we encourage you to develop and grow your career with us.
